Before establishing his own practice, Denis worked as a tax attorney at Deloitte & Touche and BNP Paribas, advising on high-profile global transactions such as the Hilton Hotels acquisition by Blackstone, the NYSE–Euronext merger, and the Chrysler–Mercedes Benz spinoff. This deep expertise in complex financial and corporate structures honed his ability to navigate high-stakes legal and business challenges with precision and foresight.
In 2019, Denis founded his own legal practice, which began as a small medical collections firm and grew into one of New York’s leading practices in medical billing, collections, and personal injury law.
